Think Inc responded by coming up with an ingenious new way of telling Marks & Spencer staff the story of their company by taking them on a journey from the past to the present to the future in a unique, experiential 'journey-of-a-lifetime'.

The idea won high praise from the client, which commended Think Inc for delivering 'thinking with an edge… something spookily different', which also managed to be bang on-brief.

Marks and Spencer has subsequently hired Think Inc to facilitate internal brainstorming.

Think Inc, meanwhile, has also created ideas for innovative approaches to internal communications for both Glaxo Wellcome and the Council for the Protection of Rural England.
